How FocusEdu works

A diagnostic engine that turns mistakes into targeted daily practice.

  1. 1

    Diagnostic Test

Your child completes a short adaptive diagnostic covering Mathematical Reasoning and Thinking Skills. No preparation needed — the results are the starting point.

  2. 2

    Skill Diagnosis

FocusEdu identifies the exact skills that need the most work, ranked by exam frequency and current accuracy.

  3. 3

    Targeted Practice

Each day, a focused 20-minute session is generated based on weak skills. Every question is chosen to maximise improvement.

  4. 4

    Explained Answers

After each question, students see clear step-by-step explanations, the common trap, and why their answer was right or wrong.

  5. 5

    Retesting

Once enough practice has been done on a skill, it is retested. Mastered skills are marked and focus shifts to the next priority.

  6. 6

    Parent Reports

Parents get a weekly summary: accuracy trends, weak skills, practice completion, and recommended next focus areas.

  7. 7

    Ongoing Adaptation

As the child improves, the recommendation engine updates their practice plan continuously — always focused on what moves the score.
